As Business Administrator, you will be part of the Business Control team. They are responsible for the financial side of projects with which they make an important contribution to the timely realisation of projects for customers. These assignments range from projects for the delivery and commissioning of systems, to deliveries of accessories. Together with your colleague Business Controller, you will work closely with various departments to ensure that processes run smoothly.
So what are your concrete responsibilities?
• Set up of maintenance agreements in the SAP Systems (project set-up)
• Support the commercial project manager in managing and optimizing targeted financial results with due professional care (e.g. project calculation, gross profit, cash flow)
• Work closely with project team to identify and address any financial risks or discrepancies
• Manage project cash flow and ensure timely payments to vendors and contractors
• Prepare and analyze project financial performance reports
• Support monthly, quarterly and yearly closing processes
• Perform profit center and cost center controlling and support continuous improvements
• Continuously seek ways to improve project financial processes and systems

• You have completed a degree in an economics-related discipline or comparable education
• At least 2-3 years of controlling experience
• Team player, accurate, eager to learn, driven and service minded
• You have strong communication and cooperation skills
• Experience in SAP and Microsoft office applications
• Flexibility and ability to work under pressure, in a changing environment
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills and the proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks and priorities
• EU Work permit
• One year contract, with possibility to perm
• Salary up to €65.000 a year
